The career development path illustrated above, shows you how we guide and develop people from a sales and marketing role (Field Representative) all the way through to management and strategy positions (Leadership right through to Ownership).


Our Program is a proven and structured way to get your career in sales and marketing off the ground. It is specifically tailored for each individual and includes one-to-one coaching conducted in a relaxed and fun environment.


The Business Development Program is a 5 level program that will allow you to develop all the skills necessary at every level. By completing the program you will become competent in the skills required to manage a successful marketing company. You have the opportunity to progress at your own rate with no restrictions whatsoever. The people that successfully complete the business development program normally do so within nine to eighteen months. 

BUSINESS DDEVELOPEMENT PROGRAM

Business Associate (BA)

 

A business associate is required to attend corporate meetings, residential meetings, several training workshops and earn more profitability.


Responsibilities : The responsibilities of a Business Associate comprise of:- Accredited Product Training Understanding Application Process Quality Management Meeting Client Expectations Implementing the System Process Demonstrating a Positive Self-image

HRD Trainer
